Development of VR/AR training for employees
Unique offer
Professional skills training —
drilling manual operations, assembly and equipment maintenance inside a digital copy of the workplace.
Soft skills training —
negotiations, sales, customer service, conflict situations, interviews — with AI-driven characters.
Onboarding for new hires —
introduction to processes, equipment and corporate protocols in one VR environment.
AR instructions at the workplace —
visual prompts over real equipment via phone, tablet or AR glasses.
Per-employee analytics —
action, error and time logging. Competency scoring with LMS export.
Adaptation and porting —
development for Meta Quest, HTC Vive, Pico, Varjo, ARKit, ARCore.
Why choose us:
Expertise in VR/AR training for professional and soft-skills preparation.
We use modern engines (Unity, Godot).
Customisation to client and audience needs.
Fast prototype and MVP launch.
Support and updates after release.
Strict quality control and risk mitigation.
How we work:
Consultation and learning goals
We define competencies, success metrics, available hardware.
Scenario development
A methodologist and the client’s specialist describe scenes, branching, scoring criteria.
Prototype and UX tests
Early preview with developers and trainers, filtering out awkward mechanics.
Development
3D content, logic programming, analytics, voice localisation.
Audience pilot
Test with 10–30 employees, FPS and motion-sickness checks.
Roll-out and support
Device deployment, trainer onboarding, SLA updates.
Benefits of cooperation:
- Experienced VR/AR developers with methodologists on the team.
- Flexible engagement models: from single tasks to long-term support.
- Transparency in stages, timeline and budget.
- Cost optimisation through experience and proven solutions.
- Constant feedback and progress demonstration.
Cases
VR excavator operator training
Virtual excavator control simulator for practicing basic and advanced operations: digging, moving soil, working with the boom and bucket. The trainee uses realistic physics and controls, mastering safety procedures and precision of work with no risk of damaging the equipment.
Type: VR simulator for heavy equipment operation
Platform: Unity

VR simulator for staff training
Virtual replica of a real production facility for safe employee training. The user explores equipment (including a demethanizer), receives technical data via information panels, performs measurements with virtual tools and practices handling shut-off valves.
Type: VR simulator for industrial training
Platform: Unity

Additional examples
— training VR scenarios
VR emergency-response training
Simulation of an off-normal event — a pressure drop in the cooling system. The trainee receives an alarm, follows the procedure, ascends to the second level of the facility and adjusts compressor parameters on the control panel, practicing the correct action algorithm for the incident.
Type: VR simulator for emergency-response drills
Platform: Unity
AR visualization of engineering utilities
Augmented reality for a construction site: an accurate 3D layout of future engineering utilities (pipes, ductwork, systems) is overlaid in real time onto the real interior of a building under construction.
Type: AR solution for construction and engineering projects
Platform: Unity
AR guide for dynamic mixer replacement
Using HoloLens and Manifest software, specialists create and follow a step-by-step procedure for replacing the dynamic mixer on an insulating glass sealing machine.
Type: AR solution for maintenance and training
Platform: HoloLens + Manifest

F.A.Q.
Which VR/AR devices are supported?
VR: Meta Quest 2/3/Pro, HTC Vive, Pico, Varjo, Valve Index (OpenXR). AR: iOS/Android, HoloLens 2, Magic Leap 2, RealWear.
How long is one scenario?
A 15–30 minute VR scenario — 6–10 weeks. A pilot on a single branch — 3–4 weeks.
How do you handle motion sickness?
Teleport/comfort-turn locomotion, FOV vignette, short 7–15 minute sessions. We test on a focus group.
LMS integration?
SCORM 2004, xAPI/Tin Can, REST. We work with Moodle, iSpring, TalentLMS and corporate systems.
Can we update scenarios ourselves?
Yes, we provide a scenario CMS and train in-house trainers.
What about NDA and employee data?
All projects under NDA. Analytics is hosted on the client’s side or in a private cloud.
